2. Data we collect

We collect information you provide (name, email, property details), information required to coordinate guest stays on your behalf, and standard technical data (log data, cookies) needed to operate the site.

3. Lawful basis (GDPR)

We process personal data under GDPR on the basis of contract performance, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service, and consent where required.

4. Guest data

Guest messages and reservation details we access on your platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO) are processed only to fulfil the co-hosting service, retained only as long as necessary, and never sold or used for marketing.

5. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors required to run the service (hosting, database, email) under contractual data-protection terms.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.

7. Cookies & consent

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site (these do not require consent under GDPR/ePrivacy) and, only if you accept, optional analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. When you first visit we show a consent banner where you can accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies before you consent, and we never sell personal data.
